On my mind (even more than usual) lately is the power of manifesting and fate. As someone who isn’t big on astrology or religion, I have to admit that sometimes life lifes in a way that feels too magical for it not to be.
It’s not a secret that I’m a big fan of manifesting, but a lot of my belief is weighted on the power of noticing one’s thoughts and actions and aligning them with what they want in order to avoid missing opportunities.
I also notice that my nervous system is a great guide in figuring out what does and does not suit my life, and what to do next. Following this “intuition,” isn’t necessarily about making a right or wrong decision, but choosing what feels correct in the moment.
So, while things like manifesting and intuition seem “woo woo,” to me they’re mostly about understanding my own psychology and behavior patterns.
Where I get stumped is when life throws curveballs. With manifesting and intuition, there’s only so much behavior changing and decision making one can do before having to wait for the universe to present them with whatever it will.
Sometimes what it presents feels so unexpected, yet so correct that it feels like more than just psychology and behavior. It truly feels like I am being placed in an exact right place at an exact time.
This staking of happenings for the past year make it feel like I’m living through a slow burn book I can’t put down. Maybe it’s just coincidence, but life sometimes seems too aligned to be ironic.
P.S. I’m thinking of leaning into the woo woo this fall to have a very witchy themed autumn. Sounds fun, right? I’m gonna watch “American Horror Story” Season 3 to prep.
